The Invada Records Mail Order & Customer Service Department is a one person operation - that is me, Charlie.
Here are the answers to some commonly asked questions :
When will my order be shipped?
I will ship your order out as fast as I can - please bear in mind that I do not work every day at Invada, so your patience is appreciated.
You will get an automated email letting you know when your order has shipped. Please check your junk for this.
If you have ordered a pre-order title along with other items, they will all ship together when the pre-order is released.
Invada does not accept demos. Please do not send me demos. I do the mail order, not A&R and there's no one for me to pass them on to.
UK Orders under 2KG are sent with Royal Mail standard (unless you choose DHL Express at checkout). Royal Mail standard is an untracked service until the point of delivery.
If you want a faster, tracked service please opt for “DHL EXPRESS” at checkout.
Any orders over 2kg in weight will automatically be shipped using DHL EXPRESS.
European and Worldwide Orders
All non-uk orders are sent using DHL Global unless you either choose DHL Express (as the name suggests, this is a faster service which is tracked end to end) or the order weighs over 2kg, in which case it will automatically be sent using DHL Express.
With both of these services, you will get an email from us saying that the order has shipped and a separate email from DHL with your tracking number, please check your junk for this.
