PLEASE READ BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH
The sale is the busiest time for us and the Invada mail order and customer service is all operated by one person - my name is Charlie, hi!
I will be shipping out your orders as fast as I can.
Most of the emails I get ask similar questions, so to ensure I can get your lovely vinyl to you as quickly as possible, please have a look through the frequently asked questions / information below before getting in touch :
When will my order be shipped?
You will get an automated email when your order has shipped. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED, just look out for the email. I will not be able to respond to messages asking when orders will be shipped.
If you live in the UK and choose 2nd class please note that this is an untracked service and can be slow due to covid. Please do not email me to ask where your 2nd class parcel is within 14 working days of getting your shipment email. At that point, if in doubt, please check with your local sorting office to see if they have anything for you before getting in touch here.
If you want a faster, tracked service please opt for “DHL EXPRESS” at checkout.
Any orders over 2kg in weight will automatically be shipped using DHL EXPRESS. The “express” part refers to how long it takes once it has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation email. As well as your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a separate email from DHL with your tracking number, please check your junk for this.
European and Worldwide Orders
- All non-uk* orders are sent using DHL Global unless you either choose DHL Express (as the name suggests, this is a faster service which is tracked end to end) or the order weighs over 2kg, in which case it will automatically be sent using DHL Express. The "express" part refers to how long it takes once it has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation email.
With both of these services, you will get an email from us saying that the order has shipped and a separate email from DHL with your tracking number, please check your junk for this.
* there are some countries, such as Australia, who haven't been allowing the Global mail service, only the courier option - these will default to DHL Express.
If you have pre-ordered the Anika album, thanks! These will be shipped the week of the release (week commencing 19th July).

I try my best to help our lovely customers with any needs they may have, but if a person chooses to be rude and / or unpleasant to me, I will not respond. So don't be rude and / or unpleasant. :)
