Kangding Ray's "SIRĀT"

Today, we are proud to announce the global release of the official soundtrack to SIRĀT, written and produced by David Letellier aka Kangding Ray.
Set deep in the wild terrain of southern Morocco, SIRĀT is a visceral, atmospheric odyssey following a father (Sergi López) and son as they search for their missing daughter and sister.
Their journey leads them through the throbbing heart of a nomadic rave scene where music becomes both guide and ghost — a haunting pulse that drives the narrative into the desert’s burning isolation.

At the film’s core is its mesmerizing original soundtrack, a fusion of electronic minimalism and North African sonic textures that underscore the film’s themes of disappearance, connection, and liberation through sound.

Directed by Oliver Laxe, SIRĀT won the Jury Prize and Best Soundtrack Award at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and has since been selected as Spain’s official submission for the 98th Academy Awards®.

SIRĀT is out today on all digital platforms.
